Pensions tax relief cut

Andre Wisdom has spent the majority of his two loan spells at West Brom and Derby County playing at right-back, despite showing the qualities more suited to a centre-back. Whereas, Joe Gomez has been largely brought up playing at the heart of the defence, with the odd cameo on the right hand side.
